Eligibility & Fee

  • Graduated in academic year 2024-2025.
  • Eligible for UG/PG graduates and PhD Scholars.
  • Convocation Fee (UG/PG): ₹1200/-
  • Convocation Fee (PhD): ₹2700/-

Application Process

  1. Click the "Register for Convocation" button above.
  2. Fill in the registration form completely.
  3. Pay the required convocation fee online.
  4. After successful payment, you will receive a Transaction ID via email.
  5. Use this Transaction ID to "Download Receipt" using the button above.

Dress Code

  • Boys: Cream / off-white Kurta Pyjama.
  • Girls: Cream / off-white Saree or Salwar Kurta.
  • Note: Angvastram & Pagdi will be provided at 9:00 AM.

Important Instructions

  • Bags, purses, and mobile phones are NOT allowed in the convocation hall.
  • Children below 18 years of age will not be permitted.
  • Please ensure the university has your correct and current address on record.
  • No requests for a change of convocation date will be entertained.
